Broadcast Email - Contact members via e-mail to fill needed
spots for leagues, round robins, or other. Fully automated,
members may accept right from their e-mail which notifies the
pro. No phone calls! This can be narrowed down to send to members
who are interested in various sports, and even by level.

Booking time, Specify opening times for the booking sheets.
Typically these correspond to the time the Administration desk
opens for phone or walk-up reservations.
